All reservations are for the departure time.
Guests riding the wagon or horses must check in with the Beano’s greeter at the Beaver Creek Stables 20 minutes prior to their reservation/departure time. Horses and wagons depart rain or shine but never in lightening so please dress appropriately. By making a reservation to ride horses, you guarantee everyone in your party is at least 7 yrs old and weighs less than 235 lbs.
Guests riding the van check in with the Beano’s greeter at the Beaver Creek ChopHouse 10 minutes prior to their reservation/departure.
Reservations for late arrivals can not be guaranteed. Cancellations must be made before 4:00pm one day prior to the reservation in order to avoid cancellation charges equal to the cost of the meal(s).
