Colorado Eagle River Ride
July 22, 2017
Location: Beaver Creek
Join us on Saturday, July 22nd to "Crank it for Cause" at the 16th Annual SOS Outreach Colorado-Eagle River Ride.
The SOS Outreach Colorado-Eagle River Ride is a premier event in the Vail Valley benefiting the youth development non-profit SOS Outreach. The ride loops from Beaver Creek Resort out along the scenic banks of the Colorado and Eagle Rivers, including the famous hard-packed dirt portion of the Colorado River Road. There are multiple routes to suit each rider’s ability including a 100 mile, 68 mile and 42 mile.
Need something a little more extreme? Join SOS Outreach for the second annual mountain bike ride designed to offer recreational and competitive cyclists the opportunity to experience the thrill of completing in a challenging and moderately technical off-road course. The route follows the traditional XTerra course in a ≈17.4 mile loop across Beaver Creek Mountain. Ride solo or put together your team of cycling amigos for a memorable day of riding to provide opportunities for local youth!
The SOS Outreach Colorado-Eagle River Ride is the biggest fundraising event of the year for SOS. Today, SOS serves 5,000 youth nationwide through adventure sports, adult mentoring and community engagement. Its mission is to inspire kids to make positive decisions for more successful lives.
So get out there, have fun, and pedal for a kid in your community!
