Voted among the Travel Channel’s top 10 family-friendly New Year’s Eve celebrations, New Year’s Eve in Beaver Creek begins with a public glow stick ski down, torchlight parade and fireworks over the village. Following the fireworks, the New Year’s Eve Family Bash gets underway with a DJ, games, dancing, raffle prizes and balloon drops. Tickets go on sale in early November - the event sells out, so purchase tickets early! 

TICKETS FOR THE NEW YEARS EVE FAMILY BASH ARE SOLD OUT - THERE ARE A LIMITED NUMBER OF LATE NIGHT ADMISSION (AFTER 10:30 PM) STILL AVAILABLE.

Time: 7:00pm – 1:00am (Village Fireworks go off at approximately 6:45pm)

Place: Ford Hall/Powder 8 Kitchen & Tap (Enter on the lower level of Gerald R. Ford Hall)

Schedule:
6:45pm – Village Fireworks (time is approximate)
7:00pm – Doors Open
10:00pm – First Balloon Drop
12:00am – Second Balloon Drop
1:00am – Event Ends**
**Parking lot shuttles and Dial-a-Ride will run until 2:00am.

General Admission:

SOLD OUT Ages 13-Adult: $75 Admission

SOLD OUT Ages 5-12: $65

Ages 0-4: FREE, a ticket is required for entry

  Includes: Prize drawing ticket and party favors. 

GA tickets are first come first serve on seating. There are no reserved seats.  

Late Night Admission: Entry after 10:30pm

Ages 0-4: FREE, a ticket is required for entry

Ages 5-Adult: $45

Admission Includes: Midnight balloon drop. Tickets on a first come first serve seating. There are no reserved seats.

Food & Beverage:
Additional food and beverages are not included in the ticket price. Food service ends at 10:00pm and you must have valid photo ID to purchase alcohol.
 
Refund Policy:
Tickets are 100% refundable until 12:00 PM MT, December 24, 2016. 75% of the ticket price may be refunded afterward. There will be no refunds accepted after 12:00 PM MT, December 30, 2016.

FAQ

Is there a Torchlight Ski Down?
Yes! Registration for the Torchlight Ski Down begins at 5pm at Children's Ski & Snowboard School. Participants will upload at 5:30pm and ski down at approximately 6:00pm. Please contact Children's Ski & Snowboard School for additional details: (970) 754-5464.

Are there fireworks?
Yes! Fireworks will be launched at approximately 6:45pm (after the conclusion of the Torchlight Ski Down). The best viewing of the fireworks will be from the village plaza surrounding the ice rink, facing east towards the St. James building.
