Beaver Creek Golf Club: History

The Beaver Creek Golf Club, nestled against the slopes of Beaver Creek Mountain, is one of the longest established golf courses in the Vail Valley. Opened in 1982, the course was designed by noted course architect Robert Trent Jones, Jr. and is known and respected for its long, narrow challenging fairways and its stunning scenery. 

Robert Trent Jones Jr, the son of a golf course designer, has designed more than 250 courses in more than 40 countries on 6 continents including The Club de Golf Alcanada in Mallorca, Spain, The Bridges at Rancho Santa Fe in California, The Founders Golf Club in Sarasota, Florida, The Links at Spanish Bay in Pebble Beach, California, The Miklagard Golf Club in Norway, The Mines Resort and Golf Club in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and the Santiburi Golf Club in Chiang Rai, Thailand. 

For the past 4 years, in between golf seasons, Beaver Creek has worked to re-shape all of the bunkers on course, aligning them more closely with their original design, and in the process installing a new drainage system and new sand for better playability. Additionally, the clubhouse restaurant formerly known as Holden's has undergone a face lift and reopened as the Rendezvous Club, serving lunch and happy hour and other daily specials.

Beaver Creek Golf Club: Tee Times

Tee times from 6:30-9:50am and from 4:00-4:50pm are restricted to Beaver Creek Golf Club Members and their guests, throughout the golf season. 

From May 28 - September 2, 2013 tee times from 10:30-11:50am are reserved for Park Hyatt guests. Unreserved Park Hyatt tee times are released back to the Beaver Creek Golf Club between 14 and 7 days in advance, and can be booked by calling the Golf Shop.

Play at the Beaver Creek Golf Club is limited to guests and homeowners of Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch, and Arrowhead from June 15 - September 15.

Golf and Lunch Peak Season – $160, Monday-Wednesday – MUST tee off between 12:00-2:00pm and eat lunch BEFORE teeing off. This includes a 3-course meal (drinks not included) and $10 voucher to use in the Golf Shop for retail only.

*All fees are per person and include cart and range balls. Tax is not included in the rates.

See how your game handles under pressure! Come out and take a shot at beating the Golf Pro at Beaver Creek.

Offered selected Saturday's each month - June 8th & 22nd, July 13th, and August 10th & 13th 2013.

Bet up to $100 on a par 3 designated that day. All you have to do is hit the green to double your money for credit in the Golf Shop. Miss the green and you still win the amount you bet in shop credit.

Junior Clinics are now going through Beaver Creek Kids Camps.  Sessions will be held on the driving range at the Beaver Creek Golf Club

Flat: $15/clinic 

We invite your children/grandchildren to join us for the summer junior clinics that will help them improve their golf games and have fun as they develop good work habits, and sounds values.  Our junior clinics provide a balanced instruction program covering every skill area - full swing, short game, playing strategy, rules, etiquette, and intramural competition.  There are no skill requirements, only a serious interest in golf.  Students are grouped by age and ability.
