Races

Group NASTAR Races: Rent your own private racecourse! Our dual NASTAR course is on a gently rolling blue run and suitable for advanced beginners through expert racers.

Race Clinics: Our professional NASTAR coaching staff includes USSCA certified coaches and former collegiate racers. 2-hour and full day clinics are available.

Beaver Creek Ski & Snowboard School

Group lessons: Full and half-day ski or snowboard lessons are available daily. All group members are eligible for 10% off selected lessons simply by showing their "group" lift ticket at any of our Ski & Snowboard School locations.

Private Instruction / Guides: If you are looking for a more personalized lesson experience, we suggest private lessons for your group. With up to six people per group, a private lesson enables our instructors to not only impart valuable skills and technique more effectively, but also to show you so much more of the mountain!

Nordic Sports Programs

Nordic sports are a Beaver Creek 'must do' thanks to our unique mid-mountain area, McCoy Park that is dedicated to snowshoeing cross-country skiing. Accessed via the Strawberry Park Express lift (#12), McCoy park offers spectacular views of the Gore Mountain range and features 32 kilometers of tracked and rustic trails. Our diverse Nordic curriculum lets you choose full-or half-day lessons, workshops or tours in the following areas: Telemark Skiing, Cross-Country Skiing, Snowshoe tours, Skate Clinics.

Beaver Creek BANG

Looking to leave your guests with a lasting impression, one that reaches new heights and brings new light into their life? How about a spectacular fireworks show to conclude an amazing evening on Beaver Creek Mountain? Beaver Creek Group Sales and Services can arrange a fireworks show just for your event! With any private dinner at our mountain venues (Allie's Cabin, Beano's Cabin, & SaddleRidge) fireworks can be displayed with Beaver Creek Mountain as the backdrop!

First Tracks

Be the first to make tracks on one of our legendary powder days or on our many pristine groomers. The Group Services department can organize special early-morning lift access (well before the public opening times) followed by a private breakfast at one of our award-winning mountaintop venues.

Group Rental Equipment

A personalized reception can be arranged for your group while they are being fitted for their equipment at Beaver Creek Sports, located in the heart of the village. Ski storage is available at rental shop locations. Either a master bill or individual accounts can be set up. The following packages are available: 

    • Sport Package - A beginner ski, with highly adjustable and comfort-fit boots. Includes skis, boots and poles.
    • Demo Package - For those looking to ski top of the line demo ski. Includes shaped skis, performance boots and poles.
    • Snowboard Package - Features the latest in boots, boards and bindings. Includes board and boots.

Complimentary Mountain Welcome Tours

We cordially invite you to take a free Beaver Creek Mountain Welcome Tour:

    • Held every day at 10:00am - 12:00pm 
    • Experienced guides show you the local's choices 
    • Meet at the electronic welcome sign at the top of Centennial Express Lift (#6) 
    • Tour lasts about two hours 
    • Limited to skiers or snowboarders of level 5 (intermediate) or better

Groups or 20 or more joining the same tour must be pre-arranged with the Group Sales & Services Department.

Hospitality Staffing

The Beaver Creek Group Services Department offers hospitality staffing for activities or registration desks. This pre-arranged service provides experienced staff members to assist guests with everything from information on the area to providing maps, brochures, tour sign-ups and assistance with group registration. This program can also be extended to temporary office assistance and special events staffing.
