the widow of George Townsend, the first settler of Beaver Creek.
Chef Kirk Weems' menu features a myriad of contemporary regional cuisine including
prime aged meats, game, fish & fowl. The interior décor provides a
quaint and welcoming atmosphere, complete with rustic wood tables, an eclectic
collection of fixtures, and accessories evocative of the era in which Allie lived.
