Beaver Creek Children's Ski School instructors have the patience and the personality to get your kids on the slopes and keep them smiling. All of our programs are divided by age and ability level to insure an incredible learning experience.  Your child will experience the thrill of the slopes, learning core values to start a lifelong passion for mountain sports. 

Children are grouped by ability (beginner, intermediate, advanced) and by age (3-6 Alpine, 7-14 Alpine / Snowboard, Teens 15+ Alpine / Snowboard). 

Group Ski Lessons, Ages 3-14
A day of lessons, lift access, and a healthy kid-friendly lunch. The day starts indoors with educational pre-ski activities. Registration begins at 8:00am. Prices quoted are per person per lesson.

Teen Lesson (15 yrs. & up)
Teen groups are offered for intermediate and advanced skiers and riders during holiday periods only (however our special teen lift/lesson price is available throughout the season.) Beginner teens, ages 15+ are encouraged to join the three-day 'first time series' offered through Adult Ski & Snowboard school. Prices quoted are per person per lesson.

  Ripperoo's Rockin' Registration
Beat the early morning rush with this welcoming and convenient registration option!

Ripperoo’s Rockin’ Registration is a fun check-in experience the night before your child’s lesson starts, during holiday periods. Centered around fun, food and helpful information, the Kids Ski & Snowboard School lobby will extend hours until 6pm to offer the opportunity for your family to come in and either pick-up your online registration packets or register as a walk-in guest. We’ll also get you fitted for your child’s rentals.

What to expect:
• Ripperoo providing hugs and high-fives!
• Great music playing to promote the party!
• Balloons!
• Hot popcorn from our vintage popcorn wagon!
• Face Painting!

Ultimate 4: Children’s Group Lesson

Back by popular demand! The small group sizes - no more than 4 - will provide students more individualized feedback and more one-on-one time with our Pros. The day is a little longer and will get kids on the hill earlier for first access to the powder, fresh groomers, or beginner carpets. This premium class lesson product has limited availability and online registration is required.

    Children’s Ski and Snowboard School Helmet Policy
    Children age 12 and under must wear a winter sport protective helmet while participating in ski and snowboard school. In addition, children over the age of 12 who participate in designated children's classes or programs must wear a helmet. Rental helmets are available at our children's ski and snowboard school locations for your convenience.
