Complimentary Nature Valley Spruce Saddle Loop - 1 hour - All Levels - Scheduled
Easy guided hike. Meets daily at the top of Centennial Express lift.
Family Fun Hike (Spruce Saddle Loop or Beaver Creek Village) - 2.5 to 3 hours - All Levels - Private Only
A fun, gentle hike geared towards families with children 12 & under. Mountain top hike includes lift ride for family (2 adults & up to 4 children, and includes two adult lunch vouchers). Or Beaver Creek Village loop option (no lift or lunch included).
Fitness Walking - 1.5 hours - All Levels - Scheduled or Private
An upper and lower-body workout featuring the use of LEKI Nordic Walking poles. Scheduled Daily.
Beaver Creek Mountain Hike - 3 hours - Beginner/Intermediate - Scheduled or Private
A great introduction to Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch and Arrowhead Mountain trails offered mornings and afternoons. Scheduled Daily.
Lift & Picnic Hikes - 6 hours - Beginner/Intermediate - Scheduled or Private
Family friendly hikes to either scenic Beaver Lake or on Vail Mountain's Gran Traverse. Itinerary includes transportation, lift ride and picnic lunch. Scheduled Wednesdays and Saturdays.
- Beaver Lake picnic Hike; This scenic hike will start with a lift ride to the top of the mountain and a high traverse to picturesque Beaver Lake where we will enjoy a picnic lunch before heading back to Beaver Creek Village.
- Vail Mountain top picnic hike; This scenic hike incorporates the use of the Gondola to get to the top of Vail Mountain. The hike traverses the mountain top yielding spectacular views of both Mt. of the Holy Cross and the Gore Range. In season the wildflowers are second to none.
Historic Excursions - 6 hours - Beginner/Intermediate - Private Only
Explore Colorado history in a family friendly driving and hiking tour. This exciting day will take you to some of Colorado’s premier historic and scenic locations. Visit Breckenridge, Leadville, Shrine Pass, Red Cliff, Twin Lakes, Independence Pass, and more. Transportation and picnic lunch provided.
Colorado Mini Adventure Hike - 4 to 5 hours - Beginner/Intermediate - Scheduled or Private (CLICK FOR SCHEDULE)
For a shorter day on the trail try one of our Colorado mini adventure hikes, located on Vail Pass, East Vail, Edwards or Minturn areas. Enjoy spectacular vistas, alpine lakes or waterfalls, wildlife and wildflowers, these hikes can be geared towards the entire family. Scheduled every Tuesday.
Colorado Adventure Hike - 6 to 8 hours - Beginner/Intermediate - Scheduled or Private (CLICK FOR SCHEDULE)
Hikes are planned in East Vail, Home stake or Leadville areas. Enjoy spectacular vistas, high alpine lakes, wildlife and wildflowers. Scheduled every Thursday.
Colorado High Alpine Adventure* - 8+ hours - Intermediate/Advanced - Scheduled or Private (CLICK FOR SCHEDULE)
Full day adventures off the beaten path, explore the likes of Notch Mountain, Galena peak, New York Mountain, Bald Mountain, Mt. Thomas, Missouri-Fancy loop and more. Scheduled every Monday.
Colorado 14er, 14,000ft Plus Peaks* - 10+ hours - Advanced - Scheduled or Private (CLICK FOR SCHEDULE)
Full day includes drive time, 6-8 hours of hiking and up to 4,500 feet of elevation gain, ascending one of Colorado’s famous fourteen thousand foot peaks. This action-packed day is for advanced hikers, non technical, but extremely challenging. Mountains include; Mt. of the Holy Cross, Mt. Elbert, Mt. Massive, Mt. Belford, Mt. Oxford, Missouri peak, Mt. Huron, La Plata, Mt. Harvard & Columbia, Mt. Princeton, Mt. Sherman. Scheduled every Wednesday.

Family Friendly Guided Mountain Bike Tours - 4 hour - Beginner/Intermediate - Private Only
Explore Beaver Creek Mountain or Vail Mountain via mountain bike. Ride geared toward beginner/intermediate riders 8 years old and above.
All hikes require a 24 hour advanced reservation and a minimum of (2) hikers, the Colorado High Alpine Adventure and Colorado 14er requires a minimum of (3)* hikers. The lift and picnic hike includes lift ticket and picnic lunch.
The hiking center provides complimentary demo gear, Aquafina water and Nature Valley granola bars on all guided hikes. Demo gear is also available for rent to the general public. Brands include; Salomon hiking boots and packs, all weather gear, Leki hiking poles, Smartwool socks and other sundries.
