My family has been skiing at Beaver Creek since the opening. The past 2 years (3 this Christmas/New Year), we've had 4 generations on the slopes. My 6 year old knows Colorado as Beaver Creek. It is a magical place that holds so many memories from the time you could only reach the slopes by bus from Avon. My 84 year old grandfather still wishes 80+ could ski free, that was what he always looked forward to. He's so happy to still be able to ski at his age. Looking forward to being there New Year week!!!! Happy 34 years BC!!!

Thank you very much for arranging the 5 gold tickets for first tracks. It was an amazing experience . We have had a great holiday as usual and will be back next year for our 5th year!

I am off to enjoy this beautiful day in paradise.

Blake the Ski School Ambassador was amazing! He saw me lugging my skis and offered to help me with them. He took them all the way to the St.James Hotel. Super nice treat after a day of skiing. I love all the "little but amazing" touches Beaver Creek offers.

I wanted to send a quick note of appreciation.  My daughter (who is 6) decided to be brave and try going to the top of the Bachelor Gulch lift.  Part way down Sawbuck, she fell a couple of times and started to get scared.  A pair of instructors who were free skiing (I'm afraid I didn't catch their names, but one was a gentlemen with a radio, and the other was a woman), stopped to check on us and make sure we were ok.  We continued on a bit, but my daughter got scared again.  We decided to walk down to the emergency phone on the run and call for a taxi.  The patroller, Travis, was prompt, professional and very nice to Zoey.

While we were loading, the same instructors came by again and then offered to go back around and pick up Zoey's skis and bring them down to us.

What could have been a day that discouraged her from skiing was instead a positive experience that left her anxious to go back up (when she's taken a couple more lessons at home).  After resting for a couple of hours, she even asked to go back out on the magic carpet at the base and ski some more.

Please pass along my appreciation to everyone involved.  These little things made a big impact on us today!

Dear Ski Patrol -Yesterday I was unfortunate enough to need Ski Patrol for one of my best friends. We were VERY fortunate in that what could have been a very serious accident ended with nothing more than some bumps and bruises and a few very scared people.

We were also fortunate that Drew responded. I was very impressed by his professionalism, his caring concern and his overall attention to my friends well being. We were in good hands.

This is the first time I have ever been involved with anything like this and I have to say my hat is off to you and your crew and especially Drew for how this incident was handled

I wanted to send a quick note to let you know just how amazing Tucker Baer is. I called the Customer service line for Vail vacations and had about a million questions. Luckily for me, Tucker was the one who answered the call (probably unluckily for Tucker!). We were on the phone for close to an hour and he gave me probably 9 different quotes for packages, hotels only, lift tickets only, airport shuttles, etc. He also gave me information on five different hotels. He was never impatient, and quite the contrary, he was not only incredibly patient, but was incredibly knowledgeable as well. Tucker is the epitome of the word "Professional". I actually called Vail/ Beaver Creek without much thought of going there as we were pretty set on Deer Valley or Whistler, but after speaking with Tucker I knew that we would definitely book Beaver Creek.
