Summer Activities Information

Please visit the main ticket office to purchase tickets for scenic lift rides and bike hauls. Please note:

  • All transactions are cashless.
  • Masks are required in all queues. Complimentary masks or buffs will be provided if you forget your own.
  • No online purchasing is available.
  • All guests must be present at time of purchase to sign liability forms and receive a wristband.

Q: Do I have to wear a mask in line to purchase a ticket?

A: Yes, masks are required in certain areas, including lines. Learn more about our Commitment to Safety here.

Q: Does everyone need to be present to purchase?

A: Yes, your entire party/family needs to be present at time of purchase.

Q: Do I need to sign a liability to purchase a bike haul or scenic ride?

A: Yes, and you will receive a red wristband in order to access the lift.

Q: I have a 2020-21 season pass, do I need anything to ride the lift?

A: If you have an Epic Pass or Epic Local Pass, you are all set. If you have an Epic Day Pass (1-7), you do not have summer lift access; you will need to upgrade or purchase a ticket for summer access.

Q: Does my 2020-21 season pass include bike haul?

A: While 2020-21 season passes include complimentary scenic lift access, they do not include bike hauls. A pass holder bike haul is $23 for adults and $16 for children per day.

Q: What hours does the lift run?

A: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Last upload); Last download will be at 4:30 p.m.

Q: What are the ticket office hours?

A: The ticket office is open every day from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Q: What are the bike rental hours?

A: Bike rentals are open every day from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

A: Trail maps are available upon request at the ticket office, kiosk at the top of the escalators, or by asking a greeter. The trail map is also available here.

Q: Can I go online and rent a bike or purchase a scenic ride?

A: No, all sales must be in-person by visiting the ticket office or Beaver Creek Sports for bike rentals.

Q: Where can I rent a bike?

A: Bike rentals will be available next to Centennial Express Lift.

A: Bike haul can be purchased at the ticket office.

Q: Does my scenic ride ticket work in Vail?

A: Yes, a scenic ride ticket can be used at Vail or Beaver Creek.

Q: Where do I go if I lost something?

A: Our lost and found is now located at the ticket office. Additionally, you can submit a lost item report online at our Guest Services page.

Q: Can I pay with cash?

A: All transactions will be cashless for lift and gondola rides, mountain activities, on-mountain dining as well as the company's lodging, retail, and rental locations.
