Thursday, August 8, 2019: Whiskey Wranglers at the Beaver Creek Rodeo 5:00PM-8:00PM 

Put on your boots and kick off the Wine & Spirits weekend at the Beaver Creek Rodeo while sampling a variety of fine whiskeys from 10th Mountain Whiskey & Spirit Company, Breckenridge Distillery, Laws Whiskey House, Peach Street Distillers and barbecue from Moe's Original Bar B Que! Savor the flavor of the whiskey while getting a taste of this wild west tradition.

Location: Beaver Creek Rodeo, VIP Tasting Area. The Beaver Creek Rodeo Grounds are located in Avon just east of the Chapel Square and City Market shopping centers. Parking is complimentary at the Rodeo. Complimentary shuttle service is also available from Beaver Creek Resort Village Connect: (970) 949-1938.

A concept envisioned by Master Chef Daniel Joly, this four course dinner sources all of its food from within 150 miles of the very spot that you’ll be dining. Prepare for a truly unique outdoor dining experience. Paired with fine wines from Tyler Winery, the night will be as elegant as it is delectable.

Friday, August 9, 2019: A Taste of Sicily Seminar 12:00PM-1:30PM

Sicily is Italy’s southernmost region and the largest island in the Mediterranean Seas. In this seminar, guests will enjoy wines produced in a climate that is ideally suited to the growing of wine grapes. You’ll learn about the tradition and production of one of the world’s most famous wine regions.

Friday, August 9, 2019: The Grower Champagne Seminar 2:30PM-4:00PM

Grower champagne is sparkling wine crafted by grape growers that embodies those who grow grapes in their own vineyards and produce cuvées that reflect distinct vineyards and style. Only 5% of the champagne imported into the USA is qualified as grower champagne. In this seminar you will learn what makes these unique blends so desirable.

This event is the perfect opportunity to do good while eating well! Join us for a sumptuous four-course dinner prepared by Splendido at the Chateau’s Executive Chef Brian Ackerman, paired with wines from White Rock Vineyards from Napa Valley. Money will be raised for the Bright Future Foundation during a special semi-silent auction.

Saturday, August 10, 2019: Hike & Lunch: A Guided Gourmet Adventure 10:30AM-2:00PM 

Join us for a journey through the senses through the summer mountain trails to the tables filled with locally sourced foods. Guests will enjoy a beautiful a gondola ride to the top of Beaver Creek and hike with the friendly and knowledgeable guides of the Beaver Creek Hiking Center, ultimately winding their way to the lush Spruce Saddle for a wine-paired lunch featuring Monkshood Cellars.

Saturday, August 10, 2019: Shaping Your Senses: Wine Glassware and Tasting Seminar 12:00PM-1:30PM

Featuring Riedel Ambassador Shelley Sale, find out why the shape of your glassware matters in fully experiencing different varietals of wine. You will learn about various glassware shapes and how they change the experience of enjoying wine focusing on the taste, balance and finish provided by each glass. After the seminar concludes, you will take home your very own Riedel glass kit, valued at $119.

Get out on the mountain for this adventurous port and cheese pairing experience – served with a side of breathtaking scenery. Enjoy an exclusive guided Adventure 4x4 Tour that will stop at two scenic vantage points to sample wines paired with cheeses from Cured Boulder, allowing you time to enjoy the pleasures of the palate and a feast for the eyes!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When will tickets be mailed out? 
Tickets will not be mailed out. You will be sent an email confirmation after you buy your tickets online. You can either print and bring the ticket with you, download the ticket to your mobile device or each event will have a list of the event attendees at the door.

What is included in the ticket price?
The per person ticket prices includes tax and service gratuity at each event. Any gratuities for valet, coat check, etc. are at the discretion of each guest.

How do I get a refund or trade my tickets in for a different event? 
All tickets for the event are non-refundable.

Where do I park?
Villa Montane - in the Main Village, off Avondale Lane. Complimentary summer parking for visitors from 7:00am to 11:00pm.
Ford Hall- in the Main Village, before the skier bridge. Complimentary summer parking for visitors from 7:00am to 11:00pm.
Elk and Bear Parking lot(s)- located at the base of the east (Elk)and west (Bear) entrance to Beaver Creek. Complimentary parking with complimentary shuttle service to the Main Village.

Transportation within Beaver Creek: 
Beaver Creek offers complimentary shuttle service for all guests staying in Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch, and Arrowhead village to anywhere within the resort. For more information or to schedule a pick-up, call Village Transportation at (970) 949-1938 or ask your concierge to book a shuttle, allowing 10-20 minutes for pickup. For Whiskey Wranglers, complimentary shuttle service is also available from Beaver Creek Vilar Performing Arts Center at 4:30PM, 4:45PM and 5:00PM. Shuttles return at 7:30, 7:45 and 8:00PM.

Is there assigned seating at the events? 
There are assigned tables for the Splendido Dinner benefiting Bright Future Foundation on Friday, August 9th ,Mirabelle Farm to Table Dinners on Thursday, August 8th and Friday, August 9th and Hike & Lunch: A Guided Gourmet Experience on Saturday, August 10th. Seating for all other events, demonstrations and wine tastings will be unassigned.

Are there any events open to the public at no charge? 
The Village Social events on Friday, August 9th from 3:00PM-5:00PM and Saturday, August 10th from 1:00PM-3:00PM are open to the public. Drinks will be available for purchase. For all other events, only guests with tickets or credentials will be permitted.

Is smoking allowed? 
Smoking is not permitted in any of the events.

Are there any age restrictions for the events?

Village social events are open to all ages. All other events are restricted to guests 21 years of age or older.
