Thursday, August 9th, 2018: Whiskey Wranglers @ the Beaver Creek Rodeo 5:00PM-8:00PM

Put on your boots and kick off the Wine & Spirits weekend at the Beaver Creek Rodeo while sampling a variety of fine whiskeys from Laws Whiskey House (Denver, CO), Peach Street Distillers (Palisade, CO) and barbque from Moe's Original Bar B Que! Savor the flavor of the whiskey on your palate while getting a taste of this wild west tradition.

Location: Beaver Creek Rodeo, VIP Tasting Area. The Beaver Creek Rodeo Grounds are located in Avon just east of the Chapel Square and City Market shopping centers. Enjoy a complimentary guided hike from the Summer Adventure Center that will take you on a journey to the famed SaddleRidge, home of one of the largest private collections of Western artifacts in the United States, outside of a museum. You’ll receive a guided tour of tribute to the Old West, designed by Ralph Lauren, to view the many artifacts including photographs, bronzes, art work and other memorabilia before hiking back down to the village.

Friday, August 10th, 2018: Hands On: Mozzarella Making Seminar 12:00PM-1:30PM

Become the fromager and make your own mozzarella cheese at this hands on seminar at Toscanini.  Lead by Sean Razee, Master Sommelier of Southern Wine and Spirits, you will create your own traditional southern Italian cheese you will enjoy a sampling of delectable Italian wines designed to pair and illustrate the many regions of Italy.

Explore the origins of the most widely produced white wine in the world from the Wilson Daniels Wine Portfolio lead by William Davis, Certified Wine Educator. Guests will be treated to both oaked and unoaked versions from regions near and far. You will leave with an understanding of the impact of climate, tradition, and winemaking on the world's most malleable grape.  Sample Chardonnay in its many forms and tasting profiles to find your favorite region of the world.

Join us in the heart of the Beaver Creek Village to enjoy a traditional combination of beers and sausage on Friday afternoon. A concept created by Master Chef Daniel Joly, this four course dinner sources all of its food from within 150 miles of the very spot that you’ll be sitting for a truly one of a kind outdoor dining experience. Paired with elegant wines from the Wilson Daniels Wine Portfolio, the night will be as elegant as it is delectable.

Have you ever wondered what makes a balanced wine? Take the reins in this seminar and blend as a winemaker would in their own winery. Guests will blend Cabernet, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc and a few other familiar varietals from The Wine Foundry to create glasses of their own red wine blend. Light Hors D'oeuvres will be provided by Chef Riley Romanin of Revolution to enjoy at the conclusion of the seminar.

The Prosecco Café, a complimentary gathering in the Village.  Join us in the heart of the Beaver Creek Village for a morning of prosecco wines from Benvolio Prosecco and delicate dishes.  Sample some of the best breakfast cocktails mixed with fresh squeezed orange juice and enjoy savory pastries, breads, prosciutto and more.

When will tickets be mailed out? 
Tickets will not be mailed out. You will be sent a confirmation after you buy your tickets online. You can either print and bring the ticket with you, download the ticket to your mobile device or each event will have a list of the event attendees at the door.
 
What is included in the ticket price?
The per person ticket prices includes tax and service gratuity at each event. Any gratuities for valet, coat check, etc. are at the discretion of each guest.
 
How do I get a refund or trade my tickets in for a different event? 
All tickets for the event are non-refundable.
 
Where do I park?
Villa Montane - in the Main Village, off Avondale Lane. Complimentary summer parking for visitors from 7:00am to 11:00pm. 
 
Ford Hall- in the Main Village, before the skier bridge. Complimentary summer parking for visitors from 7:00am to 11:00pm. 
 
Elk and Bear Parking lot(s)- located at the base of the east (Elk)and west (Bear) entrance to Beaver Creek. Complimentary parking with complimentary shuttle service to the Main Village.
 
Transportation within Beaver Creek: 
Beaver Creek offers complimentary shuttle service for all guests staying in Beaver Creek village to anywhere within the resort. For more information or to schedule a pick-up, call Village Transportation at (970) 949-1938 or ask your concierge to book a shuttle, allowing 10-20 minutes for pickup.

Is there assigned seating at the events? 
There are assigned tables for the Splendido Dinner benefiting Bright Future Foundation on Friday, August 12th, Mirabelle, and the Hike and Lunch. Seating for all other events, demonstrations and wine tastings will be unassigned.
 
Are there any events open to the public at no charge? 
The Friday Afternoon Club Social is open to the public. Drinks will be available for purchase. For all other events, only guests with tickets, or credentials will be permitted.
 
Is smoking allowed? 
Smoking is not permitted at any of the events.
 
Are there any age restrictions for the events?
Social Events, The Western Hike, and Fitness classes are open to all ages. All other events are restricted to guests 21 years of age or older.
