Breakfast

Wake up and indulge in mouthwatering eggs benedict at 8100 Mountainside Bar and Grill in the Park Hyatt. Be sure to request a table by the window for a front row view of the early-bird ski preparation. Go ahead–the bloody marys are simply divine.

Morning Activity

Get the undivided attention of a top instructor with a private lesson at our Ski and Snowboard School. Ask your instructor to take you to the Grouse Mountain/Larkspur area for a breathtaking view of the World Cup Birds of Prey race course. Also, be sure to check out our daily grooming report so you can experience the exhilaration of gliding down a perfectly groomed run.

Lunch

Warm up at Spruce Saddle and soak in our awe-inspiring vista backdrop. Spruce Saddle is located at the top of the Centennial Lift. Treat yourself to a well-deserved pit stop by enjoying chowder served in a bread bowl and a hot cocoa.

Afternoon Activity

Continue with your private ski and snowboarding lesson by taking on blue runs Gold Dust and Latigo. Be sure to get to the bottom of the mountain by 3 p.m. as a Beaver Creek trip isn't complete without warm, complimentary chocolate chip cookies served by our chefs.

Dinner

Following all that activity, you’ll need to eat again, in which case, Beano’s Cabin is an excellent choice. After an evening sleigh ride, Executive Chef Kevin Erving will delight you with a five-course menu comprised of locally sourced, Colorado cuisine.

Kick back at a concert, play or show in the Vilar Center for Performing Arts.

Breakfast

After night one, you may want to start the day in simple fashion. For a coffee and light breakfast, head to the ever-familiar Starbucks.

Morning Activity

Get to know the mountain that’s been taking your breath away. Meet at 10 a.m. at the top of the Centennial lift for a complimentary two-hour mountain welcome tour.

Lunch

We’re delighted to recommend the Broken Arrow Restaurant where you can marvel at the utter magnificence of Arrowhead Mountain. Eat inside with a window view, outside in the sun or by the cozy warmth of the fire pit.

Afternoon Activity

For après, step into the sweetest place at 9,840 feet, the Beaver Creek Candy Cabin. Located at the top of the Strawberry Express lift, children and adults alike can enjoy locally produced artisan chocolates from our local chocolatier. 

Dinner

Make your mouth water at Toscanini Ristorante in the heart Beaver Creek Village. We’re confident your taste buds will relish the authentic Italian cuisine and extensive wine list in this contemporary, stylish setting.

Evening Activity

Beaver Creek nights are as unforgettable as the days. Nightly family activities include ice skating disco dance parties, torchlight skiing and fireworks over the mountain, and more.

Breakfast

Sometimes there’s no better way to start your day than with an American fine dining experience. On such occasions, Grouse Mountain Grill in the Pines Lodge is a perfect destination. The Ski Season breakfast features the famous Rocky Mountain Breakfast Buffet, an extensive premium spread that redefines the meaning of the saying, “Don’t start your day on an empty stomach."

Morning Activity

For the ladies, Tuesday-Friday is great for skiing and socializing during our Women's Social Tour. Led by a female ambassador, these complimentary two-hour tours encourage women of intermediate abilities to ski and learn together.  Join us at the base of the Centennial Express Lift, Tuesdays through Fridays Dec. 19 - March 30.

Lunch

After exploring the slopes you will probably need to refuel. The Blue Moose in the Poste Montane Lodge serves a veritable smorgasbord of scrumptious dishes, including New York pizza, hot Italian entrées, calzones, panini sandwiches and salads.

Afternoon Activity

Enjoy on-mountain après on the deck at the picturesque base of Larkspur Bowl. Indulge in a smokehouse inspired menu with panoramic views of Grouse Mountain and Birds of Prey.

Dinner

When evening rolls around, you’ll be ready to pamper yourself with the finest in Rocky Mountain dining. Make a reservation at Splendido at The Chateau, where renowned Chef David Walford will perform spellbinding culinary magic to enchant your senses.

Get cozy with a cup of hot cocoa from Rimini and take a relaxing stroll along the charming streets of Beaver Creek Village.
