Celebrate the pleasures of the palate at the 9th annual Beaver Creek Wine & Spirits Festival, presented by Wine Spectator Magazine, on August 7, 8 and 9, 2015. Combining Beaver Creek’s very own culinary talent, exclusive wines and outdoor venues, the Beaver Creek Wine & Spirits Festival is the perfect blend of summertime in the mountains.

From the opening event Manhattans & Margaritas  to cocktail seminars and cooking classes the festival features culinary delights and unique libations for a variety of palates. The popular Walk &Wine event returns again this year with a guided hike with experts from the Beaver Creek Hiking Center followed by a unique farm-to-table culinary experience. The much anticipated Walk-Around Grand Tasting finale, featuring the best of all we have to offer-you won’t want to miss a drop of this festival.

Kick off the Wine & Spirits weekend in style at this sophisticated sipping and sampling event.

Beaver Creek Chophouse Cooking Demo & Wine Pairing: 5PM-6:30PM

Chef Jay McCarthy from the Beaver Creek Chophouse will delight you with unique culinary creations that complement delicious wines in an intimate creek side setting.

Splendido Dinner Benefiting Bright Future Foundation: 7PM-10PM
This event is the perfect opportunity to do good while eating well! Join us for a sumptuous four-course dinner paired with the perfect wines prepared by Splendido at the Chateau’s executive chef David Walford. Plus, enjoy some friendly competition while raising money for the Bright Future Foundation during a special four-course semi-silent auction.

Walk & Wine: 9:30AM-2PM
We bring guests on a journey of the senses through the summer mountain trails to the tables filled with farm-fresh foods. Guests enjoy a beautiful hike with the friendly and knowledgeable guides of the Beaver Creek Hiking Center, ultimately winding their way back down to Creekside Park for a unique farm-to-table culinary experience hosted by Grouse Mountain Grill’s executive chef David Gutowski.
Location:  Beaver Creek Mountain (Registration/check-in will be located at the Beaver Creek Summer Adventure Center: 260 Beaver Creek Place, Beaver Creek, CO 81620-located next to Starbucks. Lunch will take place at Creekside Park. In the case of inclement weather lunch will take place indoors at Grouse Mountain Grill.)

Mountain Pose & Mimosas: 10AM-11:45AM
Begin your day with an invigorating outdoor yoga class followed by refreshing sparkling cocktails. 
Location: Private lawn located at The Club at Allegria Spa (100 E. Thomas Place, Beaver Creek, CO 81620. Registration/check-in will take place at the Club at Allegria Spa front desk. The yoga class will take place outdoors. In the case of inclement weather the class will take place indoors in the Allegria fitness studio.)

Tacos & Tequila Pairing: 11AM-1PM
Guests will be guided through the tasting process, featuring light appetizers, signature street tacos and Tequila and cocktails.  This event brings the flavors of Old Mexico to Beaver Creek Village!

Premium Port & Cheese Pairing: 2PM-3:30PM
Premium Port teams up with a local cheese monger to delight your palate sampling unique cheeses that are paired with the perfect port. 
Location: By Nature Gallery (45 West Thomas Place, Beaver Creek, CO 81620. Located next to Ford Hall, one level above the Beaver Creek Ice Rink.)

Walk Around Grand Tasting: 4PM-7PM
Foodies rejoice! The Wine and Spirits Walk-around Grand Tasting at Beaver Creek is the culinary highlight of the summer. Celebrate the height of summer harvests with fresh food tastings and the best wines and cocktails outside at the base of Beaver Creek Mountain. Sample all the best Beaver Creek restaurants have to offer. 
Location: Outdoor tented venue on the lawn at the Base of Beaver Creek Mountain/Centennial Chairlift  (15 West Thomas Place, Beaver Creek, CO 81620. Located next to the Beaver Creek Chophouse at the base of Chair #6).

SundayAugust 9th2015 

Dash & Dine 5K: 9AM-11AM
After dashing around Beaver Creek Mountain, relax and recover in Creekside Park enjoying your well-earned glass of wine and brunch bites. 
Location: Creekside Park/Beaver Creek Mountain (Registration/check-in will take place at Creekside Park located north of Beaver Creek Village.)
Price: $30 pp (includes race registration, wine glass race gift, one glass of wine and brunch bites).

When will tickets be mailed out? 
Tickets will not be mailed out. You will be sent a confirmation after you buy your tickets online. You can either print and bring the ticket with you, or each event will have a list of the event attendees at the door.  

Will there be a Will Call and Ticketing Office open during the festival weekend? 
Yes, a ticket office will be open in the Gerald R. Ford Room in Ford Hall (Park Hyatt Beaver Creek) during the following dates and times:
Thursday, August 6: 4-6 p.m. | Friday, August 7: 12-4 p.m. | Saturday, August 8: 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

How do I get a refund or trade my tickets in for a different event? 
All tickets for the event are non-refundable. 

Where do I park?

Villa Montane - in the Main Village, off Avondale Lane. Complimentary summer parking for visitors from 7:00am to 11:00pm. 

Village Hall - in the Main Village, before the skier bridge. Complimentary summer parking for visitors from 7:00am to 11:00pm. 

Elk and Bear Parking lot(s) - located at the base of the east (Elk)and west (Bear) entrance to Beaver Creek. Complimentary parking with complimentary shuttle service to the Main Village. 

Transportation within Beaver Creek: 
Beaver Creek offers complimentary shuttle service for all guests staying in Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch, and Arrowhead village to anywhere within the resort. For more information or to schedule a pick-up, call Village Transportation at (970) 949-1938 or ask your concierge to book a shuttle, allowing 10-20 minutes for pickup.

Is there assigned seating at the events? 
There are assigned tables for the Splendido Dinner benefiting Bright Future Foundation on Friday, August 7th. Seating for all other events, demonstrations and wine tastings will be unassigned.

Are there any events open to the public at no charge?

Only guests with tickets and credentials will be permitted.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not permitted in any of the events.

Are there any age restrictions for the events?

All events are restricted to guests 21 years of age or older.
