Celebrate the pleasures of the palate at the 10th annual Beaver Creek Wine & Spirits Festival presented by Wine Spectator, August 12-14, 2016. Combining Beaver Creek’s very own culinary talent, exclusive wines and outdoor venues, the Beaver Creek Wine & Spirits Festival is the perfect blend of summertime in the mountains. 

From the weekend’s kickoff event - Whiskey Wranglers at the Beaver Creek Rodeo - to wine seminars and exclusive 4x4 Jeep Tours paired with on-mountain tastings,  the Beaver Creek Wine & Spirits Festival promises culinary delights and unique libations for a variety of palates. The popular Walk &Wine event returns this year featuring a guided hike with experts from the Beaver Creek Hiking Center followed by a one-of-a-kind fresh air culinary experience. The much anticipated 10th Annual Grand Tasting, featuring the best Beaver Creek has to offer, tops off your gourmet Saturday. Purchase your tickets early - you won’t want to miss a drop of this festival!

SPECIAL KICK-OFF EVENT:
Thursday, August 11th, 2016: Whiskey Wranglers @ the Beaver Creek Rodeo 5:00PM-8:00PM 
Put on your boots and kick off the Wine & Spirits weekend at the Beaver Creek Rodeo while sampling a variety of fine whiskeys!  Savor the flavor of the whiskey on your palate while getting a taste of this wild west tradition. 

Location: Beaver Creek Rodeo, VIP Tasting Area. The Beaver Creek Rodeo Grounds are located in Avon just east of the Chapel Square and City Market shopping centers. Parking is complimentary at the Rodeo. Complimentary shuttle service is also available from Beaver Creek Resort Dial-a-Ride: (970) 949-1938.

Friday, August 12th, 2016: Outdoor Yoga + “Drink Your Veggies” 10AM-11:45AM
Begin your day with an invigorating outdoor power yoga session followed by a selection of “vegetal cocktails.”  Wondering what a “vegetal cocktail” entails?  Combine two of the hottest trends in the libation world today – juicing and infused vodkas – and you get a premium cocktail you can feel good about!

Location: The Club at Allegria Spa (100 E. Thomas Place, Beaver Creek, CO 81620)        
Price: $40pp (Price includes all day access to The Club at Allegria Spa)

Please Note: Yoga will be held outdoors. In case of inclement weather, class will take place in the Allegria fitness studio



Friday, August 12th, 2016: Friday Afternoon Club Social 4:30PM-7:30PM

Bring your friends to the Plaza Pavilion and enjoy an alpine summer evening featuring live music and a guest mixologist. We'll be mixing up summer-infused cocktails to beat the heat and complement the fresh mountain air.

Friday, August 12th, 2016: Splendido Wine Dinner Benefiting Bright Future Foundation 7PM-10PM
This event is the perfect opportunity to do good while eating well! Join us for a sumptuous four-course dinner paired with the perfect wines prepared by Splendido at the Chateau’s Executive Chef Brian Ackerman. Enjoy a little friendly competition while raising money for the Bright Future Foundation during a special four-course semi-silent auction.

Guests will enjoy a beautiful hike with the friendly and knowledgeable guides of the Beaver Creek Hiking Center, ultimately winding their way to Splendido at the Chateau’s outdoor deck for a unique culinary experience hosted by Splendido’s Executive Chef Brian Ackerman.

When will tickets be mailed out? 
Tickets will not be mailed out. You will be sent a confirmation after you buy your tickets online. You can either print and bring the ticket with you, download the ticket to your mobile device or each event will have a list of the event attendees at the door.  

How do I get a refund or trade my tickets in for a different event? 
All tickets for the event are non-refundable. 

Where do I park? 
  • Villa Montane - in the Main Village, off Avondale Lane. Complimentary summer parking for visitors from 7:00am to 11:00pm. 
  • Village Hall- in the Main Village, before the skier bridge. Complimentary summer parking for visitors from 7:00am to 11:00pm. 
  • Elk and Bear Parking lot(s)- located at the base of the east (Elk)and west (Bear) entrance to Beaver Creek. Complimentary parking with complimentary shuttle service to the Main Village. 
  • Valet Parking is available for events occurring at the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort & Spa and Splendido at the Chateau

Transportation within Beaver Creek: 

Beaver Creek offers complimentary shuttle service for all guests staying in Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch, and Arrowhead village to anywhere within the resort. For more information or to schedule a pick-up, call Village Transportation at (970) 949-1938 or ask your concierge to book a shuttle, allowing 10-20 minutes for pickup. 

Is there assigned seating at the events? 
There are assigned tables for the Splendido Dinner benefiting Bright Future Foundation on Friday, August 12th. Seating for all other events, demonstrations and wine tastings will be unassigned.

Are there any events open to the public at no charge? 
The Friday Afternoon Club Social is open to the public. Drinks will be available for purchase. For all other events, only guests with tickets or credentials will be permitted.

Is smoking allowed? 
Smoking is not permitted in any of the events.

Are there any age restrictions for the events?
All events are restricted to guests 21 years of age or older, with the exception of Whiskey Wranglers and Friday Afternoon Club Social  

What is the appropriate attire for each of the events?
  • Thursday, Whiskey Wranglers: Rodeo/Western Attire or Mountain Casual 
  • Friday, Yoga and Drink your Veggies: Activewear (Sunscreen and light cover up)
