Payment Deposit Cancellation

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

Deposit: A deposit in the amount of one night, excluding taxes and fees, is due at the time of booking.

Final Payment: Full and final payment for non-holiday reservations is due 30 days prior to arrival, at which time the reservation is non-refundable and non-changeable. If a non-holiday reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, all monies received will be forfeited. Full and final payment for holiday reservations touching Dec. 21, 2018 through Jan. 6, 2019 is due Nov. 1, 2018, at which time the reservation is non-refundable and non-changeable.

Cancellation: Non-holiday reservations cancelled outside 30 days of arrival are subject to forfeiting the one night deposit per room. Any changes made to a reservation may affect total package price. All changes are subject to availability. Changing property management companies is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.

Your payment constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

LIFT TICKET POLICY

All lift ticket products are non-transferable and non-refundable. Online PEAKS rates are only available online. Additional days purchased at the ticket window must be purchased at the window rate. When you purchase lift tickets, you will automatically be enrolled in the Vail Resorts "Peaks" loyalty program, at no cost to you. You will receive program information by standard mail and will be offered the chance to decline.

AIRLINE RESERVATIONS POLICY

Airline tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Change fees and/or increased fares will be applied when a reservation is modified. Once the ticket has been purchased the name on the ticket cannot be changed.

It is the responsibility of all adult passengers to present valid photo identification upon check-in with their airline. If you are a member of your airline's frequent flyer or other reward club, please present your club number upon check-in. Vail Resorts asks that all passengers reconfirm their flights, with the airlines directly,  24-hours prior to their departure. Prices are per person, and include all taxes & fees in USD. Airline baggage fees may apply and are not included in the price.

CHILD CARE/NURSERY & CHILDREN'S SKI AND SNOWBOARD SCHOOL POLICIES

Children's Ski and Snowboard School Cancellation Policy

  1. Your online transaction is a Reservation Request. This product will appear as "Purchased" in the Trip Folder when the request is sent. Your Credit Card will be charged up to 45 days prior to your arrival.
  2. Changes or cancellations can be made by calling our Mountain Information Center at (800) 503-8748.
  3. Cancellation Policy--Lesson reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson start time or a cancellation fee will be imposed. If you cancel within the 24
    hour period and we are able to rebook the instructor, a $100 processing fee will be charged. If you cancel and we are unable to rebook the instructor, the full price of the lesson will be
    charged to your credit card. The cancellation fee may be waived if the lesson is rebooked for an alternate date.
  4. All children must check into their program location on time to ensure that their reservation can be fulfilled.
  5. No refunds will be given due to weather.
  6. You will be required to sign a CHILDREN'S SKI SCHOOL WARNING, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT prior to your child's/teens participation.
  7. Children age 12 and under must wear a winter sport protective helmet while participating in ski school. In addition, children over the age of 12 who participate in designated children's classes or programs must wear a helmet. Rental helmets are available at our children's ski school locations for your convenience.

Small World Nursery Cancellation Policy:

  1. Your online transaction is a Reservation Request. This product will appear as "Purchased" in the Trip Folder when the request is sent. Your Credit Card will be charged 24 to 72 hours prior to your arrival.
  2. Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the first day of your reservation.
  3. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a $50 cancellation/processing fee.
  4. Any and All cancellations made after 8:30 am on the same day of reservation, in addition to any NO CALL/NO SHOWS will be charged one full day and the remainder of the reservation may be cancelled. All cancellations or changes to your Small World Nursery reservation must be made by calling our centers directly at (970) 754-5325.

ADULT SKI SCHOOL GROUP LESSON POLICIES

Reservation and Cancellation Policy:

  1. Your online transaction is a Reservation Request. This product will appear as "Purchased" in the Trip Folder when the request is sent. Your Credit Card will be charged up to 45 days prior to your arrival.
  2. Changes or cancellations can be made by calling our Mountain Information Center at (800) 503-8748 or the Beaver Creek Ski & Snowboard School at (866) 231-0667 or (970) 754-5300.
  3. A no call/no show, or cancellation within 24 hours prior to start date on a reservation will be charged a $100 cancellation fee. Lessons that are rebooked may have the cancellation fee waived.
  4. All participants must check into their program location on time to ensure that their reservation can be fulfilled.

PRIVATE LESSON REQUEST POLICIES

Reservation Request and Cancellation Policy

  1. Your online transaction is a Reservation Request. This product will appear as "Purchased" in the Trip Folder when the request is sent, not when payment is completed. Your credit card will not be charged at the time of the online purchase, but will be charged 48 hours prior to the day the lesson occurs.
  2. You will be contacted by a Ski School Agent prior to your arrival and you'll receive a confirmation email from ski school for this Reservation Request. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your request may not have been received. If this occurs please contact the Beaver Creek Ski and Snowboard School (866) 231-0667.
  3. Changes or cancellations can be made by calling the Beaver Creek Ski and Snowboard School at (970) 754-5300 or toll-free (866) 231-0667.
  4. Cancellation Policy--Lesson reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson start time or a cancellation fee will be imposed. If you cancel within the 24 hour period and we are able to rebook the instructor, a $100 processing fee will be charged. SEASON PASS POLICY

SEASON PASS DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY
 
BY PUTTING $49 DOWN I UNDERSTAND THAT I AM COMMITTING TO BUY THE PASS(ES) FOR THE 2018/2019 SEASON. I UNDERSTAND THIS $49 PAYMENT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. I agree the credit card provided will be authorized for the remaining amount of the Season Pass product purchased. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to my credit card on or around September 15, 2018. Once the $49 initial payment has been made, the $49 initial payment cannot be cancelled or refunded, nor can the pass purchase be cancelled or refunded. In the event the total price of the Season Pass product is lowered prior to the start of the 2018/2019 ski season, the remaining amount due will be reduced by the amount of the total price lowered. I agree to provide a valid email address for the express purpose of receiving communications regarding this transaction. I understand this is the only manner by which I will receive such communications.
 
THIS PASS IS NON-TRANSFERABLE AND MAY NOT BE RESOLD. The pass may be confiscated and not re-issued if, in the sole judgment of the ski area operator, the pass holder: 1) acts in a manner that could endanger the safety of any person; 2) violates the law; 3) provides ski lessons or related services for compensation; or 4) engages in fraud or misconduct or creates a nuisance. Re-issued passes may be subject to a replacement fee. The pass holder acknowledges his or her affirmative duty to immediately notify the ski area operator and authorities if the pass is lost or stolen and that failure to do so may result in loss of skiing privileges. The pass holder also acknowledges that this pass is non-refundable unless Pass Insurance has been purchased.
