Celebrate the pleasures of the palate at the 9th annual Beaver Creek Wine & Spirits Festival on August 7, 8 and 9, 2015. Combining Beaver Creek’s very own culinary talent, exclusive wines and outdoor venues, the Beaver Creek Wine & Spirits Festival is the perfect blend of summertime in the mountains.

From cocktail seminars to cooking classes the festival features culinary delights and unique libations for a variety of palates. The popular Walk &Wine event returns again this year with a guided hike with experts from the Beaver Creek Hiking Center followed by a unique farm-to-table culinary experience. Don’t miss the much anticipated Walk-around Grand Tasting, featuring the best of all we have to offer. You won’t want to miss a drop of this festival.

Friday August 8, 2014

Manhattans in the Mountains 3PM-6PM (Sponsored by Maker’s Mark)
Kick off the Wine & Spirits weekend in style at this sophisticated sipping and sampling event.

Wines & Cue Cooking Demo 5PM-6:30PM
This seminar beautifully pairs two summertime favorites: barbecue and wine. Chef Ashton Fichtl from the Beaver Creek Chophouse will delight you with his culinary creations that complement delicious wines in an intimate creek side setting.

Guests enjoy a beautiful hike with the friendly and knowledgeable guides of the Beaver Creek Hiking Center, ultimately winding their way back down to the base of the Strawberry Park chairlift for a unique farm-to-table culinary experience hosted by Grouse Mountain Grill’s executive chef David Gutowski.

Finish the Wine & Spirits weekend on top of the world as you take a scenic chairlift ride followed by a 4x4 mountain tour, wine samples and picnic at the peak of Beaver Creek Mountain.
Location: Beaver Creek Mountain and Mamie's Mountain Grill
Price: $75 pp

When will tickets be mailed out? 
Tickets will not be mailed out. You will be sent a confirmation after you buy your tickets online. You can either print and bring the ticket with you, or each event will have a list of the event attendees at the door.

Will there be a Will Call and Ticketing Office open during the festival weekend? 
Yes, the Will Call and Ticketing Office will be located in the Gerald Ford room (located in Ford Hall) at the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort & Spa and will be open the following dates and times: 

Thursday, August 7th: 4PM-6PM 
Friday, August 8th: 10AM-4PM 
Saturday, August 9th: 10AM-4PM

How do I get a refund or trade my tickets in for a different event?
All tickets for the event are non-refundable. 

Where do I park?

Villa Montane - in the Main Village, off Avondale Lane. Complimentary summer parking for visitors from 7:00am to 11:00pm. 

Village Hall - in the Main Village, before the skier bridge. Complimentary summer parking for visitors from 7:00am to 11:00pm. 

Elk and Bear Parking lot(s) - located at the base of the east (Elk)and west (Bear) entrance to Beaver Creek. Complimentary parking with complimentary shuttle service to the Main Village. 

Transportation within Beaver Creek: 
Beaver Creek offers complimentary shuttle service for all guests staying in Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch, and Arrowhead village to anywhere within the resort. For more information or to schedule a pick-up, call Village Transportation at (970) 949-1938 or ask your concierge to book a shuttle, allowing 10-20 minutes for pickup.

Is there assigned seating at the events? 
There are assigned tables for the Splendido Dinner benefiting Bright Future Foundation on Friday, August 8th. Seating for all other events, demonstrations and wine tastings will be unassigned.

Are there any events open to the public at no charge?

Only guests with tickets and credentials will be permitted.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not permitted in any of the events.

Are there any age restrictions for the events?

All events are restricted to guests 21 years of age or older.
