  • Ski & Ride School Coordination – We’ll take care of all your Ski & Ride School planning; including matching you with your favorite instructor, lesson scheduling changes and multi-day lesson planning.
  • Lift Tickets / Pass Purchases – Your expert team can ensure you secure the best rates available at the time of booking for your lift ticket / pass, by understanding your needs we can recommend and book the best lift / pass ticket for you and your guests.
  • The Best Ski / Ride Gear – We’ll take care of your Snowsports rental needs, to create a smooth frictionless on the mountain experience including rental gear reservations, delivery, and storage.
  • Dining Insider Access – We’ll take care of your local dining recommendations to grabbing you a table at your favorite spot from Beano's at Beaver Creek to the 10th at Vail.
  • Family Amenities – Our kid-friendly concierge services can assist you with childcare recommendations and referrals.

Access to the dedicated Epic Ascent gear room is limited to guests who book rental equipment through Epic Ascent. They will have access to the gear throughout their rental booking, including complimentary storage opportunities for any additional days they have rented equipment. Contact your concierge to add rentals to your lesson.
Epic Ascent lessons will be offered at Vail and Beaver Creek for the 2026/2027 season.
