While the opening of Zach's Cabin is delayed due to the unseasonably warm weather, we are delighted to invite you to a memorable dining experience at SaddleRidge!
SaddleRidge is a historic Beaver Creek property that houses one of the largest private collections of Western artifacts. For a limited time, our Zach's Cabin team will be offering our favorite dinner and cocktail menu selections along with selected wines from the SaddleRidge collection.

Guests are whisked away for a starlit sleigh ride, pulled by a Beaver Creek Snow Cat. Famous for its artful assemblage of fresh Alsatian fare featuring the finest regional and seasonal ingredients paired with excellent vintages for the perfect dinner experience. Ring in 2026 with friends and family at Zach's Cabin! Guests will be treated to a four-course gourmet dinner prepared by Chef Jonathan Alonso featuring the finest ingredients and flavors.
Kindly be advised that we will have multiple seatings during New Year's Eve. To ensure all reservations are accommodated with the highest level of service, we respectfully request that dining time be limited to two hours.
