Nestled among an aspen grove high above Bachelor Gulch, Zach's Cabin brings European mountain cuisine to life. The culinary journey begins as guests are whisked away on a starlit sleigh ride, pulled by a Beaver Creek Snow Cat. An intimate and cozy setting awaits, with the warmth of the floor to ceiling fireplace and panoramic views of the Gore Range adding unforgettable mountain ambiance. Famous for its fresh selection of Alsatian fare featuring rich and savory classics such as braised local short ribs and house-made pierogis to fresh and seasonal favorites like the citrus winter greens salad, Zach's Cabin has culinary delights suitable for any palate.
