Join us for the launch of Beaver Creek Resort’s new culinary series for the 2024-2025 winter season, The Alpine Table: A Chef Series. For the first installment, Beaver Creek welcomes Blackbelly Market & Restaurant and Chef Hosea Rosenberg to Beano’s Cabin.
You’ll be whisked away from Beaver Creek Village in an open air sleigh to a luxurious log hideaway that is one of Colorado’s top restaurants. Located amidst a serene alpine meadow, Beano's Cabin is a mountainside retreat that takes inspiration from what lives and grows around it. Blackbelly Market & Restaurant brings numerous accolades recognizing their locally sourced focus, including a Michelin Guide Green Star for Sustainable Gastronomy. Both Executive Chefs in this collaboration are inspired by exceptional ingredients from exceptional sources, with a passion for whole-animal butchery. Join us for an exclusive experience and multi-course meal paired with curated beverages on January 26th and January 27th.

Open air sleighs depart at 5 p.m. from the C-Bar at the base of Beaver Creek. Please arrive at the C-Bar by 4:45 p.m. for check in. Warm clothing is highly recommended for the 25 minute open air sleigh ride.

Do you take cash in your restaurants?
At this time, Vail Resorts does not accept cash in it's restaurants. All major cards, ApplePay, and resort-charge are accepted.
I just want to keep skiing/snowboarding, do you have grab & go options?
Yes, most lodges offer snacks, protein bars, and to go sandwiches and salads to keep you fueled and on the go!
